Postage and Delivery
Shipping / Freight / Postage Costs:
We post Australia wide using Sendle and Australia Post.
Standard post is based on size/weight and is calculated at checkout. Most standard post starts at $8.50 and can take 5-7 business days.
In some cases an order may take an extra day or 2 to arrive which is out of our control. We do not have our own Delivery company, we use Australia Post and Sendle and we are not responsible for orders taking longer then what it should. If you order is taking longer then expected, please contact us and we can open a case or enquiry with the courier company. We ship all orders out within 1 business day of the order being placed.
Please understand that we try to get all orders out within 24 hours of being placed so a day for handling needs to be allowed. Once your order has been packed for sending you can then expect to see your order within 2 business days if you have paid for express post. Extra postage costs for Express Post will be calculated at checkout.
Broken or damaged Items
Please do not sign for your parcel until you have checked that your goods are in condition. If there are any damaged goods, send the parcel back to us and we will replace any damaged goods. If you sign for it, the goods become your responsibility and we will not replace any damaged or broken items.
Shipping And Handling Fees
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
Availability of Stock
In some cases, it may occur that an item listed as available is in fact not in stock. We apologize if this occurs and we will refund this item so we can send out your goods as soon as possible. In some cases we may contact you first via email to see if you would rather a replacement. If you pay for express shipping then you won't be contacted, we will refund straight away.
Please be aware that these are just guidelines and at times shipping can take longer due to external factors including weeks with public Holidays. Rural or remote areas could take up to an additional 3 business days to arrive.
Local pickup is available at 8 Noosa Place, Kalynda Chase. Our business hours are 11am-4pm Monday-Saturday or by appointment outside these hours.
NEW Local Delivery Available for Townsville area. Post codes include 4810, 4814, 4815, 4818, 4817, 4812, 4811. Choose 'local pick up' at checkout and please contact us with any special delivery instructions.
